New SW Release 7 is now available for the DCombus Iris 800 DSLAM with significant new features.

Besides the CLI, management with Web UI is now possible using http browser making management more visual and intuitive.

Additional to the existing 230 VAC power supply, user can now also choose redundant power supply. This redundant supply supports both 48 VDC and 230 VAC power modules, any combination of the two types installed at the time.

Improvements for the management and configurations have also been made giving additional flexibility for the user.

In the VLAN definitions, untagged and VLAN bridged ports can now be configured into the same port with ?no tunnel? option. It is also possible use the management IP address associated to a bridge.

Iris 800 DSLAM Rel7 SW is freely downloadable from the DCombus Extranet at www.dcombus.com.

DCombus Iris 800 DSLAM is an Ethernet based shdsl access multiplexer. It supports max 32 of 1-copper pair shdsl ports with Iris 10 modem, max 16 of 2-copper pair shdsl ports with Iris 20 modem, or combination of them.
