Iris 20 - 11.4 Mbps

Iris 20 's are fast shdsl modem devices with Ethernet data port. They can be used as customer premises equipments or as central devices in point-to-point connections. The devices have advanced management and monitoring capabilities. The data traffic can be prioritized enabling delay sensitive and quaranteed bandwith protocols and applications. Iris 20 also supports VLANs (IEEE802.1Q) and double tagging.

Iris 20 uses two pairs of copper and there are devices available for three different speed grades: 11.4 Mbps, 9.2 Mbps and 4.6 Mbps. Iris modems have low data latencies, long operation distances and they are extreamly reliable.

  • Bridging VLAN (Virtual LAN) traffic, maximum packet size 1535 bytes
  • Self-learning MAC address table with selectable 1024/2047/4096 address space
  • Traffic QoS prioritizing using VLAN ID or IP/TOS precedence
  • Automatic Ethernet mode selection
  • Easy management and configurationv with teh ComNetmanage PC SW over the network or via the console port.
  • SW/FW upgrades downloadable from www.dcombus.com
  • Optional SW/FW upgradeability for higher speed grade device (9.2 or 11.4 Mbps)
